Where CHNG comes from
Twenty years of change management means twenty years of seeing the same gap. Organizations invest in new technology, but the real change never lands. The tools work. The human side gets too little guidance.
That is a people problem, and it sits exactly in the change professional's field of expertise.
Two years ago, AI seriously started entering organizations. I saw a second gap emerge: change professionals who knew AI would affect their work, but didn't quite know how to begin. I was one of them.
So I started building. For myself first, long before there was a course or a product. Prompts that worked for stakeholder analysis. Frameworks that matched how change work actually runs. AI roles I could save and reuse on every next project.
What I built, worked. CHNG is what grew out of it.
What CHNG does
CHNG focuses on two things that belong together.
The first: using AI in your own change practice. Stakeholder analysis, communication planning, resistance mapping, sponsor updates, workshop design. Concrete tools that match the work change professionals do every day. The translation from AI to change work has already been made.
The second: guiding AI adoption in organizations. Change professionals are uniquely placed to lead organizations through AI adoption. They understand how people change, how resistance works, how you make technology actually land. CHNG builds learning materials and frameworks for that.

Who it's for
CHNG is for experienced change professionals: freelancers and internal advisors who already know how change works and now want to discover what AI adds to it.
Your craft remains the starting point. AI strengthens it.
You don't need to be technical. You do need to be curious about what becomes possible when you combine your expertise with the right tools. And willing to practice, because that's how it works.
