Through the waitlists for Panta and the English course: your email address. Through the course on Thinkific: your name, email address and payment details, processed by Thinkific and the payment provider. Through email: whatever you write to us.
To send you your scan result and the five-day email series that follows. To let you know when a waitlist opens. To give you access to the course and issue your invoice. To send you our newsletter, if you opt in. Every email contains an unsubscribe link.

Only the services we need for the above: Brevo for the newsletter, waitlists and scan results, Thinkific as course platform, the payment provider, Netlify as host of this site, and Google Analytics for visitor statistics. We never sell your data.
Scan and waitlist data: until you unsubscribe, or at most two years after your last interaction. Course and invoice data: seven years, as Belgian accounting law requires.
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are visited and which posts bring visitors. This only happens if you allow it via the notice at the bottom of the page. Without consent, no analytics cookies are set and no visit data is sent to Google. IP addresses are anonymised. Your choice is stored in your browser; you can reset it by clearing site data for chng.be.
